Our Cocktail Caravan is renovated vintage camper that has been converted into a traveling bar service and towed behind a 1939 restored Truck. Not only do we provide you a party on wheels, but also included will be trained bartenders, personalized cocktail menu and distinctive add on rentals such as lounge set up, lawn games, custom decor to coordinate with your celebration and much more. We also offer a portable satellite bar that can be rented for small events.
Nope! We are a DRY HIRE BAR. California liquor laws will only allow us to SERVE liquor. We are unable to supply or sell alcohol at your event. The best part about this is that you can purchase the alcohol of your choice at the price point you want and get to keep all the left over liquor! We will generate a detailed list with the quantities of alcohol that should be purchased according to the total amount of guests that have been invited.
Please start by filling out your contact information on the Inquiry page. We will contact you as soon as we can to chat about your special day. Our events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so please book well in advance. Our goal is to create a memorable event with you. Your event date will be locked in with a 50% non-refundable deposit which will be applied toward your final cost.
Cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, spritzer, lemonade, iced tea, coffee, soft drinks, and water. We can do it all! Just let us know if there is something you do not see on our list of drinks, but would like to have served at your event.
On top of our unique Caravan Camper or portable bar, we will include the following:
Both bars require flat ground and clear access for setup, service and breakdown. A minimum space of 20 feet long and 8 feet high plus space for a lounge area, if rented, is needed for the truck & trailer. We require an outlet within 15 feet. The portable needs at least 10 feet of flat ground.
If your event has to be cancelled due to inclement weather, we will do our best to help you reschedule as close to the original date as possible. Due to our advanced bookings, the next available date may be several weeks away. The host is responsible for event weatherproofing and we will be happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size.
We can service most events or party’s that you can imagine. As long as we are not violating any laws or required to obtain any special permits.

We truly love decorating our trailer. We tailor decorations to each event, especially the lounge area. When you book with us, we will get all the details of your vision and work with you to bring it to life. Add us to your Pinterest board @thirstyhitchhiker and we can come up with a unique setting!
You are welcome to add your own decorations to the All-Nighter in order to match it to your event but the decorations must be approved, in advance, by Thirsty Hitchhiker. We are not responsible for any damage to your personal property.
